Re:        2011 World Table Tennis Championships

(Rotterdam, the Netherlands - 8th to 15th May 2011)



Dear Friends,



We have the pleasure of sending you the Prospectus for the next World
Championships. Please study it very carefully before completing your entry.
Make note that ITTF accepts only on-line entries by using your National
Association's password to register on the ITTF web-site (www.ittf.com)



Entries can be done on-line starting 10th December 2010 until 8th March
2011, through the ITTF website URL address:

                                                www.ittf.com/entries/2011





.    Preliminary entries

The intention to enter teams will be the first step on the ITTF on-line
entry system. The closing date for the receipt of this information is 8
January 2010.



.    Final entries

Entries must be submitted on the ITTF on-line entry system by providing all
necessary information. In order to go through the entry process
successfully, each field has to be completed properly. Entries must be sent
to the ITTF not later than 8 March 2011.



  a.. No additional entry
is allowed after the final entry deadline (8 March 2011), only changes or
cancellations are accepted in case of all accredited persons. These
modifications can be done online until 15 April 2011. The on-line system
will be closed after 15 April 2011.



.         Modifications after 15 April

to accepted entries (entries received by the deadline) must be made
according to item 4.1.6 of the ITTF Handbook using the appropriate form for
that purpose ("Modifications to Entry Form"). Deadline to make such a change
is: 5 May 2011, 12:00 hours local time, information on changes has to arrive
to the ITTF before 12:00 hours on 5 May (local time).

An acknowledgment of the receipt of entry forms and any updates will be sent
by e-mail. If this confirmation has not been received, the ITTF should be
notified by e-mail (mo atittf.com)

  a.. Entering delegates
If you are not entering players in the World Team Championships, but wish to
send a delegate or delegates to the Annual General Meeting, you have to
complete the entry of these persons as well on the online entry system
(without players and coaches).



.    Visa procedure

As part of the entry process, photocopy of passport, an accreditation
photograph (4cm x 3cm) and the city of visa application have to be provided
for visa and accreditation purposes.





Make note that the 2011 WTTC Office have sent already 2 electronic bulletins
(the last one last Friday) and the general information for the FA 40 Para
Dutch Open is coming soon. If you have not received the mailing or if you
